Financing
Project Financing for Indigenous and Indigenous-Sponsored Projects
First Alliance Indigenous Capital Inc. provides structured project financing for qualifying Indigenous and Indigenous-sponsored projects through the Loan Multiples Program.
Our Offering
The Loan Multiples Program
The Loan Multiples Program is a structured private lending facility for borrowers with verified Qualifying Capital seeking project-based leverage against controlled funds. The program is designed for real transactions with committed cash — not unsecured borrowing requests or loans against equity.
Facilities generally range from 1x to 3x Qualifying Capital, with up to 4x available for larger qualifying deposits subject to underwriting.
Specific program terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria are discussed directly with qualifying project owners and their advisers. We do not publish rate schedules or fee structures.
Borrower Profile
Who the Program Is Designed For
The program is intended for borrowers with an established project, verifiable source of funds, and the ability to follow a compliance-driven closing process.
It is not positioned for emergency funding, speculative capital raises without Qualifying Capital, or transactions that require inflexible short closing deadlines.

Payment Structure
Interest-only on drawn funds.

Full Deployment
Full deployment often occurs over approximately 9 to 12 months, depending on project requirements.
Qualifying Capital
Acceptable Capital Types and Custody
Acceptable Qualifying Capital may include cash, standby letters of credit, bank guarantees, certain gold safekeeping receipts, and in some cases approved crypto structures. Each is subject to extensive compliance scrutiny, bank acceptance, and transaction review.
The Qualifying Capital serves as the basis for facility support and must be documented and controlled in an approved custody format before the file proceeds to final closing.
Permitted custody structures may include QC Deposit Insurance arrangements, approved non-depletion trust arrangements with regulated attorneys, and certain borrower-bank-held arrangements that satisfy program requirements. First Alliance does not take possession or direct control of client Qualifying Capital.
How to Engage
Intake and Closing Process
We keep the initial engagement simple. There is no lengthy application form at the outset.
Initial Enquiry
Submit a brief project overview — its nature, scale, and Indigenous ownership or sponsorship structure. All initial enquiries must be accompanied by current proof of funds confirming the full QC amount to be used with the loan. Use our contact form or reach out directly.
Preliminary Review
Initial intake includes KYC documentation, current proof of funds, UBO passport identification, and a project executive summary with draw schedule.
Proposal and Term Sheet
Once preliminarily approved, the transaction moves through proposal, application, and term sheet issuance. Qualifying projects receive a term sheet outlining the proposed financing structure.
Qualifying Capital Placement and Closing
Following term sheet acceptance, Qualifying Capital is placed in an approved custody arrangement. The compliance and closing phase after QC placement may require approximately 60 to 90 banking days before initial funding.
